Flexibility
We aim to provide a service which exceeds your expectations and we work according to what is convenient to you. We are able to travel to meet with you at a time and place convenient to you. If you prefer, modern office facilities are available throughout the South West. Telephone calls will normally be returned within the hour but definitely within 24 hours.

Speed
We make full use of modern communication and technology to improve our speed of service. Letters will ordinarily be sent by e-mail so you will receive communications immediately. Important documents and incoming post is scanned and forwarded to you as soon as they are received by us. We encourage other solicitors to adopt e-mail rather than the laborious traditional method of letters sitting in trays for days, then being dictated upon, sitting in a typing pool for a few more days before being checked and posted. You could be waiting a week or more to receive an important letter! We appreciate not all clients wish to use e-mail and are happy to provide correspondence by regular post.

Personal
All work is conducted by a highly experienced solicitor. You won’t be handed on to a trainee or newly qualified solicitor because there are none. Nor will you be stalled or fobbed off by a secretary. Your solicitor will deal with every aspect of your case from start to finish.

Cost Effective
Our charging rate is £120 per hour plus VAT for all work conducted and we do not charge an extra percentage for complex cases. This is around 33% less than most experienced Family Law Solicitors who would generally charge around £180 per hour plus VAT. We do not charge for the time involved in traveling to see clients.

We can provide a better service at lower cost because we do not have the huge overheads of running a full time office including the myriad of support staff who are of little or no benefit to you. We provide exactly the same level of expertise at considerably less expense to you.

It is our standard policy to bill at regular intervals to keep clients up to date with regard to costs. Bills can be provided either monthly or when a certain level of unbilled work, for example £200, accrues.

Backup
We have all the expertise and backup of the traditional High Street practice including a full reference law library online and professional insurance with a limit of £2 million. We have arrangements with leading family.
