If you prefer to come to us instead, modern office facilities are available throughout the South West. Telephone calls will normally be returned within the hour, and no later than 24 hours at most.

Quick and efficient service

We make full use of modern communication and technology to improve our speed of service. Letters are sent by email, enabling immediate communications. Important documents and incoming posts are scanned and forwarded to you as soon as we receive them. We encourage other solicitors to adopt email rather than the laborious traditional method of letter checking where you could be waiting a week or more to receive important documents. However, we appreciate that not all clients wish to use email and are happy to provide correspondence by 1st class post.

Low costs

Our charging rate is £135 per hour plus VAT for all work conducted with no extra fee for complex cases, around 40% less than most law firms. We are able to provide our legal services at lower costs because we do not have the significient overheads of running a full time office, with the myriad of support staff who are of little or no benefit to you. It is our standard policy to bill at regular intervals to keep clients up to date with costs. Bills can be provided by arrangement either monthly or when a certain level of unbilled work accrues.

All work is conducted by a highly experienced Solicitor. You will not be handed on to a trainee or newly qualified solicitor. Your Solicitor will deal with every aspect of your case from start to finish.
