We travel to you
With over 18 years' experience working for leading family law firms in the South West and London, proprietor Peter Howe became increasingly aware of the number of clients for whom travelling to a solicitor's office was often inconvenient and distressing. With this in mind, the firm was formed with the intention of having your solicitor travel to you. Modern and informal office facilities are also available for any clients who prefer to travel to us.
Expertise in all areas of family law
We cover all matters of family law, including married and unmarried couples, divorce settlements, financial settlements, children issues, separation agreements and prenuptial agreements. We also offer a free half hour initial interview to evaluate and advise on your situation. This includes the opportunities of a second opinion, if you already have a solicitor and are considering changing.
Cost effective legal service
We charge £135 per hour plus VAT for all work conducted. There is no extra fee for complex cases. This is around 40% less than most legal firms who would generally charge around £200 per hour plus VAT. Neither do we charge for the time involved in travelling to see clients. With us, you are guaranteed exactly the same level of expertise as that of a traditional family law firm at considerably less expense to you.
