Having twelve years experience of working for leading family law firms in the South West and London, its proprietor, Peter Howe, became increasingly aware of the number of clients for whom traveling to a solicitor’s office was either inconvenient, distressing or both. With this in mind South West Family Law was formed with the intention of having your solicitor travel to you, whether at your workplace, your home, a friend’s home or anywhere else convenient to you. This is a useful benefit for many clients, whether busy business people for whom a solicitor’s consultation may mean a whole afternoon out of the office, parents who may have difficulty in arranging child care or those who may have difficulty in traveling into a city centre, in which parking is increasingly difficult. Modern and informal office facilities are available throughout the South West for any clients who prefer to travel to us. We offer a free half hour initial interview to evaluate and give advice upon your situation, including the giving of a second opinion, if you already have a solicitor and are considering changing. All areas of family law are covered, for both married and unmarried couples, including divorce, financial settlements, children issues, separation agreements and prenuptial agreements.
